Jet star Capital Ltd. entrepreneurial private investment company. It is owned by the Kovitz family, who have over 35 years of business experience. They are seeking to acquire gift companies.

Acquisition Criteria

WE ARE SEEKING TO ACQUIRE COMPANIES THAT:

• Operate in the gift industry, i.e.: gift baskets, gift boxes, or;

• Supply or service the gift industry (manufacturers, delivery, etc.)

• Have track records of (or feasible paths towards) profitability 

• Have strong reputations and recurring customers

• Have owners willing to ensure a proper transition
